The Health and Education Foundation is registered as a non-profit organization within the meaning of Section 42 of the
Companies Ordinance, 1984. The Foundation
was incorporated vide registration No
0063545 dated 20-08-2007 by the SECP, Lahore, Pakistan.
The main objectives of the Foundation
are to aid, assist, set-up, maintain, administer and run Medical Colleges,
Hospitals, Nursing Homes, mother and Child Care Centers, Clinics, Dispensaries,
immunization and vaccination centers etc. To establish, manage, maintain, own
administer and subsidize educational institutions etc.
The Foundation is so far meeting its objects through the internal contributions from its Members/ Trustees. Its indigenous Projects include Central Park Medical College (CPMC) Lahore and a 650 bed

The Foundation is also sponsoring
scholarships to a number of students of Medical Sciences.
Central Park Medical College https://www.cpmc.edu.pk/ has been established since 2008. It occupies it’s own 23 acre site with full infrastructure which is part of a total 1,200 acre site that is fully established with retail, office and residential developments and comprises a 300 bed hospital, a Medical School, Nursing College and accommodations for all students. The Board is multifaceted across many skill bases with significant gravitas in Education with every tutor and Head of Department at Professorial level. CPMC has graduated some 100 Medical Doctors per annum since 2013. Strength of students has now been increased to 150.
