The Health and Education Foundation is registered as a non-profit organization within the meaning of Section 42 of theCompanies Ordinance, 1984. The Foundationwas incorporated vide registration No0063545 dated 20-08-2007 by the SECP, Lahore, Pakistan.

The main objectives of the Foundationare to aid, assist, set-up, maintain, administer and run Medical Colleges,Hospitals, Nursing Homes, mother and Child Care Centers, Clinics, Dispensaries,immunization and vaccination centers etc. To establish, manage, maintain, ownadminister and subsidize educational institutions etc. http://healthandeducationfoundation.blogspot.com/

The Foundation is so far meeting itsobjects through the internal contributions from its Members/ Trustees. Its indigenousProjectsinclude Central Park Medical College (CPMC) Lahore and an underconstruction 250 bed Foundation Hospital astride CPMC Lahore. The Foundation is also sponsoringscholarships to a number of students of Medical Sciences, besides affordingto administer Bhatti International Teaching (Trust) Hospital Kasur and articulateteaching, professorial and specialistservices at the WAPDA Teaching Hospital Lahore.

	Introduction Mian Tahir Javed is one of the trustees and Chairman of Board of Trustees of Health and Education Foundation. He is great name in the real estate business. He is Chairman of Urban Developers, a real estate organization which has developed many commercial and residential projects nationally and internationally. He always dreamt of doing something extraordinary in the realms of education, an often underrated, yet essential, focus of our society. This became a reality when he joined hands with several forward-thinking United Kingdom based doctors who had similar aspirations. This collaboration was made possible with additional contribution from several philanthropists and advocates of high quality education based in Pakistan other counties such as the United Arab Emirates and the United States. All the partners in the project, therefore complimented one another in this endeavour. Message On the auspicious occasion of the launch of Central Parks Medical College by the group of overseas Pakistani doctors from United Kingdom and local Pakistani Entrepreneurs. I wish to extend my sincere facilitations. I appreciate the efforts of co-sponsors of Central Parks Medical College who are also the backbone of the project and will be instrumental in transfer of knowledge and technology from overseas to Pakistan. I foresee Central Parks Medial College not only as a leading institution in the near future, but an institution imbued with the spirit of dissemination of modern education to our young men and women. Modern education means: our youth should have full grasp of the prevailing and emerging sciences; they should be thoughtful, creative and critical.
